Our Backstory

RuMaar is a corporate merge of pioneering contracting corporations with a large history of Large-scale projects as well as SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Projects). Affecting construction for more than 20 years, RuMaar was established in 2002 dividing its history into two successive generations:

The first reign belonged to the generation that established the company under the name (Masawy Maabar Maashy) offering general construction services in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. During this period, we were more focused on servicing and maintaining the governmental sector managing and accomplishing diverse projects under the Ministry of Education as well as the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs. Consequently, we managed to deliver our plans on real grounds achieving massive success and receiving awards for such achievements.

Whereas, having been taught and trained by the first generation to hold the responsibility and carry on our distinctive services, the second generation joined forces and took charge of the company’s pathway towards a better future. They were able to accomplish multiple significant milestones in developing and expanding the company, such as;

• Shifting its entity from an organization into a company
• Changing the name of the company to (Rawnaq Al-Emaar/ RuMaar)
• Opening a branch in Riyadh serving middle and eastern areas.
• Expanding the Jizan branch to serve the western and southern areas.
• Expanding the work field to incubate the private sector along with the governmental sector.

Today, RuMaar is a recognized name in the field, for our strength in traditional construction methods and for our creative, fresh approach to cutting-edge, state-of-the-art technologies smart & creative solutions, and delivery systems. Our success is driven not only by our ability to build some of the most advanced facilities but also by more and more clients turning to us for our distinctive ability to implement smart innovative project management techniques.
